Through a week long seminar in Voss we have dived into the world of design thinking. Our team has used the concepts of innovation in real life, and thus we have gained a valuable tool case for the future. By challenging ourselves and continuously pushing the limits of our comfort zone, we have come up with a product that will completely change the way you do banking. Welcome to the app with all in one place.

Design thinking

In order for you to get fully indulged in our journey towards making a product, we will start by taking you through the five stages of the design thinking process. Each stage will provide a short description of what we did, followed by our main takeaways. After you have finished reading stage 5, you will see a presentation of our product. This sections provides all the information you need to know about our product, as well as the main features of it.

Stage 3: Ideate

At the beginning of our ideate process, we started to elevate the possible options. Our focus was to get a variety of potential answers and solutions, rather than picking up a particular problem. We did not aim to come up with the right answers, but tried to make the ideas as many as possible. This gave us the opportunity to enhance our creativity and gave us a chance to evaluate the case from different perspectives.

The underlying concept behind the ideate stage was that; any kind of comment, answer or solution were not to be judged by others. An important note was that some of the ideas that were originally thought of as "bad", actually ended up as part of the solution. This means that our main takeaway was that ideas are easily rejected, even though they might add value to the product.

AIOP is a super flexible, friendly and easy to use application that will make life easier for all of our customers while offering a safe environment.

We really want to enlighten our customers regarding their spending and provide them with the necessary tools to make the right decisions. This is why we have:

Real time data & analytics – graphs, table and charts will allow clients to track virtually and visually their expenses

Chatbox - We promise to deliver 24h/24 advice as well as real expertise and knowledge thanks to our chatbox where clients can ask questions about their personal account or any question related to their finances.
Training lessons – Clients will have the golden opportunity to participate in basic to advanced training lessons regarding investment decisions and saving options to improve their knowledge. AIOP also knows its clients want to have a meaningful impact on causes they care about but in a simple and hassle-free way.
This is why at every lesson completed, AIOP will donate money to a charity our clients care about.

We also wish to facilitate budgeting on things like restaurants and groceries and help clients take back the control of their finances. Setting up a budget has never been easier and AIOP will track the progress to ensure that targets are met.

Finally, AIOP allows clients to send securely money to friends, split a bill at the restaurant or settle after a holiday trip.
